Primar Petroleum Installs Mako Networks In Their Citgo Stations

St. Joseph, MI–Primar Petroleum has installed the Mako Networks firewall in their Citgo stations in Michigan. Jason Morse, Technology Manager for Primar, said, “The Mako system integrated well with our existing IT infrastructure including our head office environment and gas stations with car washes. Since deploying Mako we have passed all our bank’s PCI DSS scans—something we had not been able to achieve previously.” He added that, “this is a testament to how well the Mako system works.” Since being approved by Citgo in April as “an authorized firewall managed service provider” (along with three other vendors), Mako is adding many Citgo stations to its service portfolio.
